Our new Specialist care team

Michelle Cantwell is the Specialist Team leader for Care2Care. Along with her team of 10 specialist carers, she offers services for those clients receiving specialist care for their complex needs. Their clients may have dementia, learning disabilities, mental health issues and may need help within supported living. Contact the office to learn more.
